| What is the best way to attach my HairTail? |
Press firmly in the center of the tail/suction cup. Make sure the spot you are attaching the HairTail is clean and is free of chips. Wipe with alcohol to remove sticker residue.

| How do I remove a HairTail from my helmet? | To remove your HairTail never pull on the tail. Place your finger around the suction cup and pop the seal.

| How fast can I go with HairTails attached to my helmet? | HairTails uses high quality UV protected suction cups. Once attached PROPERLY, your HairTails should remain in place, even at highway speeds, however if not properly attached HairTails cannot guarantee your HairTail will stay. For those who are super paranoid, simple attach industrial strength Velcro to your HairTail and helmet. Wear at your own risk. HariTails is for entertainment use only.

| Can I unbraid and re-braid my HairTails? | In the event your braid starts to look a little weathered, simply unbraid, FINGER COMB and re-braid. If you must use a brush use a soft bristle.

| How do I brush tangles out of my HairTail? | Hold your HairTail half way down the tail [do not hold by scrunchie] and start from the bottom of your HairTail and FINGER COMB tangles out gently, working your way up. If you must use a brush use a soft bristle.

| Can I use hair spray on my HairTail? | Yes. Use only hair spray made for synthetic hair.

| What is your return policy? | HairTails must be returned within 5 business days and are product defect exchanges only. This is non-negotiable.
